Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in brand new, unopened and unused condition. The item should be shipped to Katherine Perez at 20280 N 59th Ave, Suite 115-520, Glendale, AZ 85308. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a for the price of your items. If your item is returned and has been opened or used, it will be donated and no refund will be issued.
***All exchanges being sent back to All The Kewt Stickers must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original package.***
Any exchanged packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by All The Kewt Things and returned to the sender.
Returns
If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unused and unopened condition. The package containing your return products must be post marked within 10 days of receiving your original package from All The Kewt Stickers. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping price. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
When returning or exchanging any items please indicate on a packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items.
Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.
